Xavier Frink is the founder and owner of Xcellent Focus. Mr. Frink is a historian and filmmaker. He has an MA in History from Jackson State University and a B.S. in Communications from Bowie State University. Xavier Frink was the Outreach Coordinator for multiple state agencies in the state of Maryland and was the Communications Associate for the National Council for the Social Studies. He has interned and volunteered with TV One, Rowman & Littlefield, and GEDCO.
